In times of disaster, it is important to seek God for guidance and strength. James 1:2-3 reminds us that we should consider it pure joy whenever we face trials, knowing that they will help us develop perseverance. 2 Chronicles 32:1-4 tells us the story of Hezekiah, who trusted in God when faced with a threat from the Assyrian army. Hezekiah prayed to God for deliverance, and God answered his prayer by sending an angel to destroy the Assyrian army.
